Garner 3 Year Factory Warranty for PD-5 (3FW-PD5)


The Garner 3-Year Factory Warranty extends the 1-year warranty for an additional period of 3 years. Garner will repair or replace your defective product at no charge during the warranty period if returned to the factory.

Note! Warranty only covers material cost and labor to repair or replace the defective product. Transportation expenses will not be covered under the warranty.

This non-transferable (3) three-year factory warranty agreement is between the (Manufacturer) Garner Products and the (Buyer) Insert and begins upon the date of original purchase as evidenced by your packing slip or invoice. 

The Buyer will make payment in full for the (3) three-year factory warranty at the time of the original purchase. 
Renewals - Manufacturer is not obligated to renew your contract. 
The (3) three-year factory warranty will not cover major or minor equipment repairs resulting from normal wear and tear (but not limited to the conveyor belt and drive motor), abuse, improper operation, and freight damage or equipment alteration. 
Major repairs, including but not limited to the replacement of the coil assembly, will be completed at the Manufacturer’s facility Manufacturer will pay for all service labor and parts. The Buyer will be responsible for crating the product, prepaying the charges and insuring the shipment or accept the risk of damage or loss in transit to the Manufacturer’s facility in California. Manufacturer will pay for the return shipment of the product to the Buyer’s Facility if you use an address in the United States(excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. possessions and territories). Otherwise, we will ship the product to you freight collect. 
The Buyer at the Buyer’s facility will make minor repairs, including but not limited to replacement of a breaker switch, fuses or other small components. The Manufacturer will provide all necessary minor repair parts and technical consultation from the factory at no charge. Defective parts must be returned intact to the factory supported by a factory issued return authorization (RMA) number. 
The Manufacturer will be solely responsible for determining what qualifies as major or minor repairs.
