The refurbishment process includes:
- Physical inspection of shells to assure mechanical functionality
- Remove old material from cartridges
- Clean inside and outside of empty shells
- Remove all previous labels
- Re-load new cleaning material into cleaned shells
- Apply new cleaning cartridge labels
- Re-inspect and package
